Hi! I'm Kat, and my friend is Hil! It's great meeting you through this little blog. We have an affinity towards healthy food, so, naturally, we bring that devotion with us to this blog. Even though we love healthy foods, we also believe in treating ourselves every so often. So if you don't want to look at recipes for the occasional decadent dessert, don't click. Regardless, we love sharing our recipes with people, whether they're vegetarian, vegan, or anything else.
Our name, Omelets and Apple Juice, came from Hil's favorite breakfast food, omelets, and my favorite beverage. This blog is where we will balance both of our likes and dislikes as well as share our love of healthy food!

Hello! Hil here! When Kat and I started this little blog, we were young 7th graders who wanted to show the world what we could do. Now fast forward about 2.5 years, and here we are today. We still have the same main goals, but we’ve added more. We still want to show what we can do in the kitchen, but also to show how food can be delicious but still healthy. We are trying to show everyone that if two 14 year old girls can do it, then anyone can! Food is something that we rely on, and why wouldn’t you want to make your body healthy and strong by putting good-for-you food in it? As Kat said above(2.5 years ago), we believe that you should be able to treat yourself every so often though!
